Venues
Bands perform in Forum Constantin for their gala concerts. Built in 2011, at the center of the village, up to 1300 people can attend. Many daytime concerts are organized Place de la Fontaine, Forum René Rinaudo and Plage du Débarquement. Marquees are installed to enable the musicians to play in the shade and by the terraces of the cafes. A 400 m parade is also organized in the main street, for the pleasure of onlookers and shopkeepers.

Rehersals & soundchecks
Artists have at their disposal two village halls : Salle Charles Voli used as a rehearsal space and Salle Vermeil for instrument storage.
Technical aspects
The Reeds Festival requires a thorough organisation and mobilizes many civil servants from numerous services : the Events Department, the Technical Services, the Tourist Office, the Police Department… Professional technicians oversee the smooth running of concerts with high-quality equipment such as mixing decks and lighting…
Staff
The Festival is a major rendez-vous, which requires logistics and mobilizes many civil servants : the Event’s Department, the Technical Services, the Tourist Office, the Police Department. All these people contribute to the well being of the artists and the organisation of their stay, the security of the event and 3 days of music, concerts and performances for the pleasure of the visitors and audience.

Bands stay in an Air France’s hotel complex. Located at 2 kms from the village an 4 kms from the beaches, surrounded by vineyards and forest, the holiday resort offers various facilities (bar, restaurant, swimming pool, tennis court) and comfortable rooms. Musicians are accommodated in flats from 2 to 6 people with patio, kitchenette and bathroom. Band officials and conductors benefit from the hotel of the complex.

Official ceremony
The mayor and his deputies thank the musicians and bands for their presence and talent at the occasion of the official ceremony : it is time for sharing and exchanging gifts before an aperitif is served.
